Fierolune: who we are
Born out of a love for Italian cuisine and enthusiasm for tradition, 'Fierolune' is the result of an idea that took shape in the heart of Sicily, spreading throughout Italy and abroad via digital.Â
The company was founded by a team of young people, united by a passion for good food and motivated by a simple reflection: despite the incredible richness and variety of Italian cuisine, it is not always possible to enjoy high-quality food and wine products and culinary specialities.
This prompted Fierolune to get involved and create a solution that would bring the authentic flavours of Sicily and Italy directly to the tables of anyone, anywhere.
The name 'Fierolune' is a tribute to tradition and history. It derives from the Sicilian dialect, where 'fera' means fair and 'o luni' indicates the day of the week, i.e. Monday. In ancient times, the Monday fair was a fundamental moment for the community, an occasion to meet, trade products and celebrate life. Thus, Fierolune aims to be a bridge between the past and the present, a virtual place where the authenticity of raw materials meets the pleasure of conviviality.
The 'Fierolune' shop was launched with the aim of offering a careful selection of the best Italian food and wine products from the different regions of the country. From artisanal pasta to aged cheeses, from extra virgin olive oil to fine wines, every item available on Fierolune has been carefully selected according to specific criteria of quality, craftsmanship and business ethics.
But Fierolune does not stop at selling products. It wants to be a complete experience, a journey through the flavours and traditions of Sicily and Italy. In fact, the company's website also offers cultural content, such as traditional recipes, guides to Italian regions and stories of local producers. The aim is to enrich knowledge and foster appreciation of Italian cuisine around the world.

We are a team of young people in step with the times, but inspired by tradition. The term 'fierolune' comes from the traditional 'Monday fair', which took place in various regions of Italy and beyond. You used to find everything at the fair and we want to bring that tradition back into the modern world, through modern tools such as the internet.

We love to be in contact and empathise with our suppliers. This is precisely why, after careful research, we go to the various manufacturing companies to grasp their intrinsic values; values that must be in line with the philosophy of 'fierolune': artisanal production, short supply chain, made in Italy.
We ship our products throughout Italy, with a time frame ranging from 48h to 72h, and in Europe, with a time frame ranging from 48h to 120h (5 working days). On request, we also ship overseas.
We are expanding our product range to offer our customers a unique experience. We want to give them the opportunity to find everything they want through a simple and intuitive website, a bit like the 'Monday Fair'.
