The elegance of Camelot stems from the long research, lasting more than 20 years, that Firriato has dedicated to ensuring the best pedoclimatic conditions for growing Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Baglio Sorìa's vineyards, located at an altitude of 120 metres above sea level, due to their proximity to the Trapani coast and the peculiarities of the terroir, contribute to defining the ideal conditions for growing the two varieties. The red marls of the soils, during the warmer months, allow the soil to remain compact and not create cracks, maintaining a constant humidity in the subsoil, favouring the balance between sugar and phenolic ripening that is more difficult in hot climates. Ageing for 12 months in French oak barriques gives it unparalleled aromatic and taste elegance.

Harmonium is the successful synthesis of the power of Nero d'Avola and the Firriato style. The aim was to create a "cru of crus" offering all the expressions of the richness of such an eclectic grape variety. After 15 years of analysis and microvinifications, Firriato identified, in the 165 hectares of Borgo Guarini, the three different cru of Ferla, Lepre and Beccaccia, to raise vines obtained from as many as three different mass selections of Nero d'Avola. The complexity of the pedoclimatic conditions allowed us to highlight the different organoleptic characteristics of the three Single Vineyards. The Harmonium grapes are harvested at different harvest times because they have different maturities and are vinified separately to unite in a blend that has made the history of this identity label.

The Etna Rosso DOC Contrada Feudo di Mezzo is a wine with a light garnet ruby colour, the nose is dominated by floral scents with notes that can vary even on red fruits. The palate has a great structure with dense and austere but not harsh tannins. The length on the finish confirms that we are dealing with a wine of great longevity.
