Spaghetti with anchovies and breadcrumbs

  • 1 frying pan
  • 1 pot
  • 1 ladle

Ingredients
  

  • 320 g Spaghetti
  • 20 ml Extra virgin olive oil
  • 30 g Anchovy fillets
  • 70 g Breadcrumbs
  • 3 cloves Garlic

Instructions
 

  • Put a pot with water on the stove, pour 10 ml of oil into a frying pan and add the peeled garlic cloves and anchovy fillets. Take a ladleful of hot water and pour it into the pan to dissolve the anchovies, stir often.
  • Once the water boils in the pot, pour in the spaghetti and cook them for about 5 minutes.
  • Remove the garlic cloves from the pan, drain the pasta and pour the spaghetti directly into the pan, stirring occasionally to cook everything evenly.
  • As soon as the pasta is ready, turn off the heat and add some breadcrumbs and mix everything together. You can now plate your spaghetti and garnish with a sprinkling of breadcrumbs.
