Spaghetti with anchovies and breadcrumbs
A very quick first course prepared with only two ingredients besides pasta.
Equipment
- 1 frying pan
- 1 pot
- 1 ladle
Ingredients
- 320 g Spaghetti
- 20 ml Extra virgin olive oil
- 30 g Anchovy fillets
- 70 g Breadcrumbs
- 3 cloves Garlic
Instructions
- Put a pot with water on the stove, pour 10 ml of oil into a frying pan and add the peeled garlic cloves and anchovy fillets. Take a ladleful of hot water and pour it into the pan to dissolve the anchovies, stir often.
- Once the water boils in the pot, pour in the spaghetti and cook them for about 5 minutes.
- Remove the garlic cloves from the pan, drain the pasta and pour the spaghetti directly into the pan, stirring occasionally to cook everything evenly.
- As soon as the pasta is ready, turn off the heat and add some breadcrumbs and mix everything together. You can now plate your spaghetti and garnish with a sprinkling of breadcrumbs.
