Tuna with cherry tomatoes, olives and capers

  • 1 frying pan
  • 1 ladle

Ingredients
  

  • 400 g Tuna steaks
  • 250 g Cherry tomatoes
  • Olives
  • Capers
  • Garlic
  • q. b. Basil
  • q. b. Extra virgin olive oil
  • q. b. Halls

Instructions
 

  • In a frying pan, brown the garlic in 4 tablespoons of oil and when it starts to sizzle, add the cherry tomatoes.
  • Let them cook over a high heat for a couple of minutes, then lower the heat, add the olives and capers and cook until wilted. Adjust the salt.
  • Just before switching off, add the tuna steaksthe basil and fry everything for a couple of minutes.
  • Serve the dish topped with a few fresh basil leaves and some bread.

Notes

Cherry tomatoes can be an excellent side dish and, when prepared together with tuna, become a complete and tasty dish.
