Tuna with cherry tomatoes, olives and capers

Ingredients
- 400 g Tuna steaks
- 250 g Cherry tomatoes
- Olives
- Capers
- Garlic
- q. b. Basil
- q. b. Extra virgin olive oil
- q. b. Halls
Instructions
- In a frying pan, brown the garlic in 4 tablespoons of oil and when it starts to sizzle, add the cherry tomatoes.
- Let them cook over a high heat for a couple of minutes, then lower the heat, add the olives and capers and cook until wilted. Adjust the salt.
- Serve the dish topped with a few fresh basil leaves and some bread.
Notes
Cherry tomatoes can be an excellent side dish and, when prepared together with tuna, become a complete and tasty dish.
