Calamarata with squid ink sauce
A dish that is easy to make, a simple tomato sauce rich with cuttlefish and with the addition of black that enriches the dish with flavour and above all colour!
Equipment
- 1 ladle
- 1 frying pan
- 1 pot
Ingredients
- 360 g Calamarata
- 200 ml Cuttlefish ink sauce
- qb Chopped Parsley
Instructions
- Put the squid ink sauce in the pan and let it warm up for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Cook the calamarata in a pot of salted water, drain it al dente and add it to the pot with the squid ink sauce. Mix everything well for a couple of minutes.
- Place the calamarata with the squid ink sauce on plates, add finely chopped fresh parsley and serve.
