Calamarata with squid ink sauce

A dish that is easy to make, a simple tomato sauce rich with cuttlefish and with the addition of black that enriches the dish with flavour and above all colour!

  • 1 ladle
  • 1 frying pan

Ingredients
  

  • 360 g Calamarata
  • 200 ml Cuttlefish ink sauce
  • qb Chopped Parsley

Instructions
 

  • Put the squid ink sauce in the pan and let it warm up for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Cook the calamarata in a pot of salted water, drain it al dente and add it to the pot with the squid ink sauce. Mix everything well for a couple of minutes.
  • Place the calamarata with the squid ink sauce on plates, add finely chopped fresh parsley and serve.
