Harvested at Contrada Volpare in the territory of Milo, the only area where Etna Bianco Superiore is produced according to the specifications, between the first and second week of October. Milo is located in the rainiest part of the volcano at about 600 metres above sea level, on the eastern slope.

It is the wine dedicated to his son and his father, both named Luca. We are near Corleone, in the Palermo area, at an altitude of 750 metres on very special soils, influenced by the conjunction of two types of limestone. The glauconitic calcarenites of Corleone, geologically so called because they are only found in this area, and the limestones of the 'queen' of western Sicily: Rocca Busambra, the highest peak of the Sicilian mountains. The grapes are processed in steel and the wine is then aged, again in steel, for 10 months on the fine lees.
